I'm always looking for sites, books or other resources to recommend with ggplot examples that include the plot and the code used to generate them. Does anyone have any good resources they would recommend?
I really like the O'Reilly R Graphics Cookbook by Winston Chang.
The website has a lot of good examples that includes all types of plots and even information on how to output to files and setting patterns and fonts.
I really like the R graph catalog website http://shiny.stat.ubc.ca/r-graph-catalog/
since you have base and ggplot2 plots, good and bad examples of data visualization. However, you need to spend some time explaining the inferface.
